Name one spot at Champa Central Hotel that you love to go to and relax?
Where I can enjoy this is the Rooftop. The sunset is more visible from the Rooftop, which is very beautiful.
Describe your normal day at Housekeeping Department?
My normal day begins from 07:00 until 19:00. After checking emails, I do the task sheet for room attendants and at 08:00, I have morning briefing with my team. Later, I have morning HOD meeting and after that I am spending more time on every floor of the Hotel.
What is the best compliment that you or your department has received from a guest?
The best compliment from our guests is a ‘Thank you’ and a happy smile.
What are some of the popular requests that guests make for their Room setting before arrival?
Bed decoration for couples.
How do you and your team prepare each Room for arriving guests?
Each room we clean by the company's standards, we consider the guest's requirements and guest status.
Guest reviews show that Champa Central’s modern Rooms are immaculately clean. How many times a day does your team attend to each Guest Room?
We are cleaning guest rooms twice in a day.
Share one of the ways you and your team make guests feel truly special?
Every day I am checking the guest portfolio and if my guest has a birthday that day, I am preparing a birthday greeting card, which I am sending to the guest room as a surprise. For repeat guests, time-to-time we are doing bed decoration by using rose petals and folding the towels into special decoration, sometimes with a message like ‘Happy Honeymoon’.
